Where we get personal information from

We only receive your personal information directly from you when you register to become a customer or to one of our events, when you purchase a service or event attendance, or if you register to receive marketing information and/or service update.

How long we keep information

We process personal data for specific purposes as defined in our Lawful Purpose and Data Protection Rights and will only retain personal data for as long as is necessary to complete these purposes and satisfy legal requirement.

When retention requirements under law have expired, personal data will be destroyed using a secure deletion method and where possible all data will be removed from any backups that have been created. Once deleted, any personal data will be irretrievable
